I have Mach 3 configured for plasma torch on a DynaCNC table. Is it normal for the Soft Limits On/Off Indicator to blink red when turned on?

Are you running a G100?
Brett

Sorry, what is G-100? My controller is MP1000-THC.
-
Sorry, what is G-100?
A G100 (GREX) is a controller that communicates with Mach VIA an Eathernet connection.

No Brett, sorry, I use two computers; this one for Corel, CAD and SheetCam is connected to the net; the second has Mach3 and is *not* connected to the net (yet). Joe

Post your XML for us to see.

Let me be clear.....you want me to post the entire .xml file here?
-
Let me try again.....Brett, do you want me to post the entire .xml file here? Joe
-
Yes, it is in your mach 3 root folder. I don't know what profile you are using. Just copy the .xml file, rename it something like Joes .xml and attach it here in the forum. If you don't know how to attach it, watch the welcome tutor, first few listings in the general discussion board.

I don't know if that was the right xml. Nothing is set in ports and pins. I don't get the red blinking softlimits but I think you may be using a xml. other than the one you posted.

Also, don't save it as a text file. Just copy your xml and rename, then post. Only rename the part before the extension .xml

Here's the other one....Sorry but I had to copy the file to my jump drive to bring it over from the computer that is not on line. Can't attach it directly to this post. Joe

Brett, here is .xml file as copied...Joe

Joe, I sent you a personal message.

Thanks Brett. Here is 1000-PLASMA.xml. Joe

Hey Joe,
I'm still not getting the red around the softlimits button. What screen set do you use with this profile? Can you post it as well? I have sent you a personal message.
