If working at X0 Y0 and Z0 on top of work then the code would look like this :-

(6MM HOLE USING 4MM CUTTER)
G00 G90 X0 Y0 Z1. S20000 M3
G01 Z-1. F50.
X1.
G03 I-1.
G00 X0 Z1.
M30

You need to set max speed and freqency (400Hz max usually) in the VFD and also if its a router spindle ramp up and down time too.

When you have set / reset a fixture offset you can force a save by going to dropdown Config\Fixture... and clicking save.

When you exit Mach3 normally you will be prompted to save Fixtures and / or Tool offsets if they have changed.

You are running inverse time mode and tiny moves so every move has a different feed rate so it will look jerky.

Try running it with a fixed feed rate, remove the G93 and the feed commands and use G94 and see how that looks.

In your motor setup do you have the steps/per set for 1 degree or for 360 degree.

Also is the move in the video 1 move or several moves?

You need to set the port and pins the same as the old LPT setup

That is a feature of Mach3, the display is messed up but the machine will be in the correct position.

This happens because the screen origin is always 0/0 and when you change fixture from G54 to G55 etc. the new origin is set to 0/0

Mach4 correctly displays the true relation between the fixture offsets.

Mach3 is not at fault its your settings or hardware that is not set correctly.

You need to reduce the maximum speed that the z axis is moving to 25% of what it is now and see if any thing changes.

E.g.

If your velocity is 100 inch then it wants to be set to 25 and do the same for the acceleration.

Make the probe activate a relay
