Mach3 and G-Rex / Mach 4, G-Rex and linear encoders...

Hi, i have a question.....

I have a g100, 3 servo, and 3 linear encoders, i use mach 4 in metric units, but what is the optimal motor tuning config for my system?
I have set same of the tutorial, but the value of encoders it does not come considered in the movements of the system.....  Why? is it correct ?
