I am trying to get an MPG to work with Mach4 and Galil.
I physically connect the MPG to Galil AA+ X and AB+ X pins.  Also the Gnd and +5 V supply
In the MGP tab in Config I map the first MPG to the Galil Aux A encoder. 
Mach4 is set to metric so each unit 1 mm.  The gain is set to 1 click on the MPG moves 1 mm

Now when Mach4 is Enabled and even if I make only one click the X axis jogs continuously.  Regardless of which way the MPG is moved the X axis always moves in the +X direction.

I think that the MPG is OK because it works fine with Mach3.  The jogging screen buttons and the keyboard hot keys work fine.

Any ideas?  What have I done wrong?
