The only thing I know to do on that alarm is good old troubleshooting. Check your voltage and see that the switches are making and braking. Check to see that they are wired right and the active low, high is set up to work with your config. You may be able to narrow it down by disabling one switch at the time until the problem goes away. You will have to disable all of the limits you have wired to a single pin though. There is allways the possibility of it being a noise problem also. Have you ran the driver test? What is your debounce set at?
