Title: little problems trying to scale my drawing in mach
Post by: tarik on July 07, 2009, 07:07:27 PM
  hi,
when i try to scale my design in mach using the scale dros, sometimes it works, most of the time, it doesn't.i always make sure to hit the regen button everytime i change the values in the dros.
does anyone have an idea to solve this?? or if ther's a way to scale my drawing in the gcode, it'll be great.
thank u.

You should be able to enter in your scale factor and hit enter. (Must hit enter each time for the value to stick) Once you have all axis scaled to likeing, hit regen and you should see your changes being reflected.

YOU will not see any changes as the drawing" looks" the same. Mach scales the output for the code.

Just a thought (;-) TP

If you are in table display mode, you will see the change. You can swap modes by pressing the display mode button under the toolpath window on the program run page of the default mill set.
