I think Gibbs is the only one that can write up a post for Mach3.. I don't know this for sure but I think that is the case... I Also think it is 500.00 for a can post.
So call your dealer and see what they can do for you :(

Sorry

There is a message that pops when you first press on the conversational button if you are not registered... I will have to think about that...

All the mills I have done have been 3000 Lb or more :) I am not one for the small mills... I think people use the small mills because they can have them at there house and in there house if they like! If i had one I would put it by the mixer  ;D  People seem to make many very nice parts with he small mills.. I think they just take lots of small cuts.

Sounds like you need to have a debounce value.. There is noise in your system and that is triggering your Estop :( Under State or Logic there is a place to put a debounce value. Try about 2000 or 1500

I don't know his number :( But any of the breakout boards ahould work.. you just need to have two of them :) you can set up a second port in Mach and it will use the same hardware :o

PMXD has a nice setup as well as cnc4pc

Hope that helps

You need to change your rapid height to something other then 0.. If you set your rapid height to .3 I think you will be happy :)

That should do it..
