To change the Axis Direction go under ports/pins / motor output and change the Dir pin active high state for that axis and you should be good to go...

What type of moptors are you running?

Do you have the pinout for it??? I think you will find that it is a COM port and is not for running the drives... I think your best bet is going to be putting on new drives.
