You can set how that layers are made by changing the optimize settings. after you load the file press the optimize button and  you should be good to go:)

The tool change has been fixed along with the Drilling :)

thanks

It is the time to accel the axis that is the problem :( With an accel of 15.00 In/Sec^2 it takes .666 sec to get to 600 In/Min.. That is a VERY long time.. Now to blend the moves there is the problem of rounding the corners and so on.. the lowwer the accel the more rounding you are going to get.

What do you have your CV Dist set to?

thanks

To run the driver test open the Mach3 directory and look for Drivertest.exe and run only that. You can't run mach3 and the driver test at the same time.

The XML should be saved when you close Mach3 and that will save where the screen set you are using is... So it will not load the screen set when you start the program?

Okay that is two of you with the same problem :( I still can't get it to happen here! That makes it very hard to fix... I think that I will have to recode that section and see if i fix it by luck..

You will have to edit the VB code in the wizard set... This is not that hard al you need to do is press the Edit button script and press on the one that you would like to edit.

Look for something like      CODE "G00 G80 G40 G50 " and change it to whatever you like. Once you change it save the code and close the VB editor and then you need to save the screen set.
