But you get what you pay for... The drives will do homing and backlash comp in the drive! They are FAST and can turn the PID loop real time... Nice drives

Yes the min pulse width, set it to 5 and see how that runs.. you can insatll Mach3 nd 2 on the same computer too

You need to have the Drive. the G100 will only output the step and dir pulses to run the drive

It is VERY smooth at low speed. There is NO cogging and I have been VERY happy with them.

As a test try Sherline mode and tell us if that makes it better.
