Hi, Michael

In device manager, Delete the Mach3 driver, Then run Driver Test, It should reinstate your driver, Then run the  Driver Test again let it complete/exit on it's own.

The Driver successfully initialized in the status window doesn't show up for me ether on a std. installs.

Reboot and try Mach3 again.

Hi, Exester

Are you sure your step & dir pin's are set properly, In Ports & Pins, Motor Outputs, Try swapping one of your axises from 3, 2 to 2, 3.

Some Stepper controls are sensitive to Dir, Step "Low Actives", Try it X then with Checked, Remember the "Apply" after changing.

Hi, Les

I only have one port hear, maybe this will help.

Mach3 port 1 is set to 0x387 as default.

Go to win  Start bottom left click on it, click on Control Panel, then System, Select Hardware, then Device Manager, click on + next to Ports (COM & LPT), then DBL click on ECP Printer Port(  LPT1), then Resources.

I think the first address on the blue IO is your Lpt 1 port address, Enter that address in Mach3 Config, Ports & Pins, Port #1, Port Address window.

Hope this Gets It, Chip

Hi, Charlie

In Motor Tuning have you tried setting the Step/Dir Pulses from 0 up to 5.

It will give your stepper control more time to see the Pulses from Mach.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Sid

The files your looking for are, Tools3.data-file and fixtures.data-file.

There located at C:\Mach3\Macros\Mach3Mill\ For std. Install location, std. startup profile Mach3Mill

I don't seem to have this problem best I now, I always install on top of old ver. of Mach3.

Hope this Helps, Chip
