There was a "How To" for the Grex on the forum did you have a look at that?

also what are you running for a cable? if you are going right from the LAN port to the G100 you will need a cross over cable.

You need to go to the properties of the shortcut (By right clicking on it) and add this (  /p Mach3Mill   ) to the end of the C:/Mach2/Mach2.exe .
So in the end you have :
C:/Mach2/Mach2.exe  /p Mach3Mill

That should to it
