Run a scratch pass so we can see what it looks like.

It looks like spindle stalling under initial load.

If you run the code so it just scratches the surface of the diameter, can you see the pitch change.

Also 0.25mm depth for the first cut could be too much depending on the spindle power at 250 rpm.

I would start by reducing the feed from 1800 to 900 and see if the path is closer.  Also if you are using servos what error limit do you have set, if its too big the path can be off but in tolerance.

All axis commanded on the same line are synchronised so G01 G90 Y10. Z10. A30. F100. will all start and finish at the same time.

The rotation will depend on the setting of the 'Rot 360 rollover' and 'Short path on G0'

If the BOB is parallel port then Mach3 is in control of backlash, if the board has a plug-in then the plug-in is in control and Mach3 sends commands for the board to perform the movement.  Most USB Chinese boards plug-in do not do backlash compensation.

Mach4 only tells the Hicon what to do the Hicon is in control of the motors so my guess is you need to correct the config in the Hicon

Load the macro into the Mach3 editor and single step it through to find the error.

You may need to pre set the tool numbers in the code for it to work.

Have you purchased new stepper drivers too because the old board had them built in.
