sorry missed that you posted your Profile.

you are Controlling your laser via Spindle Motor control step Signal (chankspindle/chankspindleoutput).

output1 is assigned to pin0 (chankoutputs), so M10P1/M11P1 can not work (should be pin17)

never used it, but M10P1 means Switch Output 1 ON, and to what (ports&pins) is your Output#1 assigned.

for the Moment you use M3/M5 to turn laser ON/OFF?

what is your output configuration Config -> Ports&Pins -> Spindle Setup -> Relay Control ?

are you using are original UC100 or a chinese clone?

had a quick look to the UC100 manual Appendix A. : New functions and bug fixes:
it should Support M10/M11.

but don't know wether it is working

ok that means microstepping and steps per are correct.
next step would be to have a look with oszilloscope for the step/dir signals.

When entering the G1 xo.1968 f1, it keeps turning never stops and is very slow and rough sounding.

have you zeroed x-axis before Input?
