Bob to use tool length offsets you will need to have a G43 H1

This will load tool offset 1 and if you would like more info a good start is the Mach3 manual. and ifyou have more questions please feel free :)

I hate to say it but it sounds like you need to do a clean install of windows :(

And you NEED the reboot after install or you ARE going to blue screen  :'(

That is odd... Look to see that you didn't move power cables next to your signal lines.

General Mach Discussion / Re: x axis mounted and working, y & z stalling!

try setting the speed of the other axis to be less... sounds to me like you have a problem with the other axis taking more power to move. This is not a problem and it happens to everyone :) See if tuning fixes it

Thanks
Brian

General Mach Discussion / Re: Mach + Grex + Pendant w/MPG

The problem with the G100 and MPG's is not that it can't read the encoders. The problem is that the G100 only will tell us the position of the encoder every 1/4 of a sec :(

I would check out Custom-cnc.com , they build a nice box that could be used like the RC500. It has the drives and place to hook on the IO. all you need to do is plug in the motors :)

Hello, after looking at your XML it looks okay other then you have the tuning for each axis all the way up. I don't know what you are running for a machine but to start please set the velocity of each axis lower(for testing).

Also please load the 1024.set screen and tell me what your time in Int dro is reading.

Thanks
Brian
