General Mach Discussion / Re: Question about offsets
« on: March 22, 2007, 08:39:13 AM »
If you are at a position and you would like to call that zero (Or any other point) just type into the dro and press enter. That will set the current fixture offset to the position that you typed in.

The problem is that we moved to a new server and in the move lost 2days of post :( The good new is that we only lost 2 days! The hits per hour got us kicked of the other server and we are now at a place that we can buy the server and do anythiing we like! So this will be the last time we have this problem...

Sorry and we are working on fixing it

Yes you can do that in the Macro pump... you just need to look at the Ref Led and tell the system to error out if i is asked to run a Gcode file.

Under the ports and pins (spindle Tab) is where you set the output that is running the spindle...

General Mach Discussion / Re: About Precision Ref point
« on: March 18, 2007, 10:03:28 AM »
That should work... you just need to be sure that you move nice and slow to see the index pulse. There is a way to set the Ref speed on the fly in VB and when you get to that point I can post some code for you

Thanks

The step pulse width of 6 is not going to hurt anything.

having the Vel out of the range for that kernel speed... That is bad and it will do many bad things :(

Are you using Lcam to convert the DXF to Gcode? If so I think you need to see the Lcam video on the Videos page.

Thanks
