G-Code, CAD, and CAM discussions / Mach3 glitches

Using Mach3 with a BE cnc and while running G code it stops and I have to reset it. Sometimes it causes the BE cnc to move in the opposite directions .
Press the pg up key and it goes DOWN. Help?
