Hi, RC & Hood

Gecko's Limit Current to the Amp.value you set them to for Each Drive, Let's say you set them to 4.0 Amps.

At zero speed the current is 4 amps, The Voltage is Low across your servos, As you increase the speed of your servos the voltage increases keeping the current at 4 Amp's.

Theres really no need to use the Lower Voltage Supply.

You Just Need to Limit the Max Speed/Velocity  to the Z Axis Motor, To keep from exceeding the 48 volt Max .

Don't Punish the X and Y axises.

Just a Thought, Chip

Hoiod : Spit out that Gum, Get a new piece, You wont need to chew that hard, Your making my Neck Hurt.!!!!!

Hi, Carl

Pin's 18 to 25, Should be ganged together, If your going direct to the Printer Port you need to check them though as some don't connect/use, All of them.

Hi, Vogavt

Did you use the Clean and Optomize buttons after loading the DXF.

After you click on an enity, click on the arrow, Then you can move it around, Click on it after you move it and it should re-lock in.

Double clicking will open up the Lead-Config window.

Post your DXF with the "Reply" button, If you like.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Davy182

In the case above the original dxf had allot of extra trash in the drawing (pic 1), Copying and pasting only the  wanted item Pic2 to a new cad/dxf drawing file.

It's just starting with a clean drawing leaving the trash behind, Sometimes deleting un wanted items doesn't really delete them  properly.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Hi, Ed

Don't think AutoCad will import JPG's, Post your 2 DXF's, Use the "Reply" Button and Attach with "Additional Options".

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Carl

Try these 2 XML's, I changed the Low-Actives around some, Don't change the Ports & Pins, Low-Actives.

If an Axis runs backwards, Use, Home & Limits, "Reversed" to change it's direction.

Hi, Ed

Think the only way to do this is to add it with your Cad program, As a new layer, Copy/Paste the new layer and export a new DXF with both.

Hi, Ostie

Quite awhile back on a  X/A gantry water-Jet cutter conversion, I had to change one motor's direction "wiring" to allow the "dir low-actives state" to be the same in Ports & Pins and the same state in Homes & Limits "Reversed" to "X" for X & A axises to Home Properly.

Hope this Helps, Chip
