Mach2 would run about anything and if it didn't know the comand it would skip the block :( Mach3 needs to have everything right or it will get mad at you. So if it is a good post it should be okay...

The cherge pump could be the problem... This is used by many to enable boards... I don't have a THC so I can't  help to much

The firmware is the code in the Grex... We don't write that :( Steve H. is the one that is working on it... I know he is working on it but I have no idea when it will be done.

You can't do that :( if you need more IO you will need to get a 2nd printer port
