Chip, I haven't seen this yet myself but I think the problem in the one pic with the top and bottom of the led are visible and the sides aren't is a graphics update issue. Not a biggie. If it is what I think chances of that getting looked at are slim to none. The way the buttons work is when you push them they get slightly smaller to give an illusion of physically pushing a button. I have noticed minor quirks with this in the past but there are bigger fish to fry if that is the problem. Try editing the set and make the button over the led slightly smaller and I think that will fix that problem. In the picture where there is no feed hold led or cycle start led I think you pushed the stop button.
No really, there are 4 LEDs associated with feed hold and depending on which you have selected, that combonation is possible. The feedhold LED coould light on press or when everything comes to a stand still depending on which led you have selected to use. The start will deactivate as soon as you hit feed hold.
