I have one on the way as well as a 1 KW brushless motor. I will be setting this up on an Analam Mill that I am getting shipped up here in a few days :) This is going to be fun  ;D

I will post here as I get things running...

1. Put in 1.00 for the backlash amount.
2. Check enable backlash
3. Exit Mach3 to save settings
4. Open Mach3
5. Set the jog to INC .010
6. Jog the axis + and - one press of the key

What do you see happen? You should see the axis move about an inch NOT .01

This will tell us if you have backlash on and working

No the program that you are running to make the code from the DXF is getting updated. It is what you get with mach3 Not Mach3...  :-\

Hope that helps

I can see a few that could be a problem. You have pin 8 port 2 as an input... This can be done but you have to have Mach set to use them (check box on the ports and pins )

Other t than that it looks Okay

Scotty did you update to the newest Rev of Mach3? The Backlash should fix your problem...

I don't know how hard you should work on this... There is going to be a new importer in the next few weeks :) The new importer should make it a little simpler for you to make your code.

Can you wait?

It would be some VERY odd move that is right on the edge of the machines ability to do the the move... I have had this happen to me in the past with a stepper mill...
