having trouble uploading my photos.

is itrealy so hard to to click the  "Attachment and other Options" Botton?

.. However I have another question. The PC that was previously running mach3 for this router crashed and lost all the configuration settings. Would downloading Mach3 on another PC automatically configure my settings for this router? Like the Ports/pins?

NO all the configurations are stored in one file, called "C:Mach3\your profilename.xml"

BTW: all our completly unimportant questions about further detailed informations have not been answered.

had a quick look to at the planet-cnc webside. does not look like they Support a Mach3 pluging for the Controller. So only Chance will be to swap the USB Controller.

also this post here: http://forum.planet-cnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2473
says that mach3 is not supported.

I do not think so as this controller give me an accurate Z5 Z10 Z0 motion.

if you do Z5 Z10 Z0 the axis will not come onto Speed upwards, so if the Controller is not able to provide the
required current, it may be enought for doing the small step's but not for higher Speed.

give us some Pictures of your Controllers. pls.

and with:

you can restore it.

that leave's with me only when I do Z10 Z0 code with error. must be a setting in MACH3 or a software issue.

Hallo,
bei allen Beschreibungen zu der Karte, die gefunden habe hängen die Relaise an der Versorgungsspannung 12/24V.

Die Outputs Anzeige im Diagostic Screen sagt nur aus, das Mach3 den Ausgang geschaltet hat, ob das an der
USB Platine ankommt ist eine andere Frage.

Schaue Dir das mit dem Verdrahtungsplan der Platine noch mal an, die Ausgänge funktionieren nur, wenn die
externe 12/24V Versorgung angeschlossen ist, und das Relaise an dieser hängt.

Wie ich bereits geschrieben habe die eine Seite des Relaise an + der Versorungsspannung, und die andere am Ausgang. Siehe mein Bild aus  Reply #33 .
