Arnie,
The additional wizards were created and some of the originals modified by a friend and i haven't had chance to check them out. I know there are one or two that are not complete or  don't work. Some of the mods that were done had to with posting additional info, like the input was diameter, tol info, date, etc and most i think work now work in diamater and radius mode. Additionaly he modified the code so that it's generic thus shorting a lot of them. He also changed some so that they will auto chamfer the edges only  and who knows what else.

I hope you understand why I am reluctant to share or post them. He or I will when we have at least tested them . He is also making a new screen set for them so till then, hang loose as they will be shared.

The free edition of LazyCam that is included with Mach3 carries no cost.  However, there is an optional PRO level upgrade that turns on advanced features such as object offsetting, pocketing, primary foam functions, importation of DXF profiles for conversion to Lathe turning code, etc.  It is optional, but gives one the ability to do more advanced importation of objects.  Due to the availability of other low cost CAM packages, LazyCam is in semi-permanent Beta and no longer being actively developed. LazyCam is not intended for use in a production environment.

You need to purchase the license for the pro upgrade....

You need to have a licensed Pro version for advanced features of LC to post code for  ie; offsets, pocketing , lathe etc

From my 53 page vault of info on a rotary axis:

The checkbox for linear/angular only tells an axis not to convert when switching from mm to inch, other than that it
has no purpose. A, B and C are always rotary axis.. So using an IJ with an A axis is an error in syntax, though still legal, the missing Y in this
case woudl simply be interpreted as the current Y location, and the A would just be a linearised motion on that axis during the movement of the XY
in the XY plane arc.

I was experimenting a fair amount with the rotary ( in my case a stepper driving the spindle on the lathe ) for constant turning motion , as an indexer, as rotary in angular, and also as rotary using linear ie; the steps per inch relative to a diameter, then slaving them to say the Z axis.
You need seperate profiles for rotary and linear. Then there is swap axis via a macro but that had faults ( swaps pins but not the tuning units ?) ............
Then you consider the different combinations of feedrates, the feedrate modes, slaving ect and it all can become rather confusing.....

Angular does make sense and helps to keep ones sanity.

Consult  the LazyCam manual, Tutorial #5.

Frankly, i would suggest using LazyTurn.

It is available from the Downloads link above and the most current manual can be found in Members Docs.

it just doesn't sound good, and they don't run smooth

Suggest you try changing the step and pulse time to a value like 5 or even try using the Sherline 1/2 pulse mode as that gives  max pulse
of time 40us. I didn't see anything specific in the manual reagarding this, but, i only glanced through it.

Does your computer have on board graphics?

Quick look at kcam says that the drivers get their signals via the serial port.
Mach output is via the Parallel Port.

Posted code will not reflect a Z offset when the yellow pentagon is used.
Example below, no offset, then a negative and a positive offset....the code is all the same.

Did you configure MACH and also set/check the steps per unit, velcocity, and accel, an us in motor tuning?
