Z Axis gradually cuts deeper when doing 3d work???

Hello fellow Mach users.
Firstly I am sorry if this has been posted else where as i couldnt find it.
My problem is that when I start a 3d cut say a face for talking points. It starts of great but as time goes on it gradually cuts deeper into the material. Now it is cutting the shape perfectly it just kinda slopes into material if that makes sense.
After I notice it "sloping" I checked z zero and it is way out + 2.5mm
Now I dont know if its machine or it is a software issue.
Aspire 10.514

Thanks in advance for any help for a newbie

Its loosing steps, probably on the rapid up moves, lower the acceleration and the velocity on the z axis by half and see if that helps. Once you have a good part you can up the rate again until it fails then back off 10%
