Title: Manual Jog Z Axis while program is running?

I have a plasma/oxyfuel CNC table with 3 axis X,Y,Z... but y dont have an THC (Torch Height Control)... it is posible manual Jog Z Axis while program is running? and how?

Ports and pins/Input Signals


THC Up
THC Down


Set them up as external buttons or emulate with the keyboard.

Thank you, I was tried that emulate with the keyboard, but the axis dont moves :S

Is your machine in Plasma Mode ?
If in Mill Mode, you need to check the box under Ports and Pins, Mill Options.
Allow THC Up/Dn even if NOT in Plasma Mode

The option may be disabled in DEMO mode also.
Do you have a full licensed copy of Mach ?

Yes it is in plasma mode, and yes I have the full Licenced mach3 copy too, I tried Allow THC Up/Dn even if NOT Mode... but still does not move... Im very frustrated, I checked in the DIAGNOSTICS end the THC ON, UP and DOWN LED´s works fine when I hit the button for every one.. but still does not move :(

Seems to be working fine here for me, if you attach your xml I will take a look and see if I can find the problem.

SOLVED!!! the problem was I have 2 Computers: one on my house(64bits) and other in the work shop (32bits) I install Mach3 on both because in my house I have free time for make tests, screenset changes etc. etc. then I copy that changes in a USB memory and carry to the workshop... and today I tested the THC Emulated imputs in the workshop computer and the DRO it´s moves and the z axis too, im very happy and so grateful with you guys for the help, thank you all :)
