Affter you offset press clean and see if that fixes the offset problem with the leadin. I think that will work...

There is a Print screen button on your keyboard (should be over the insert key). go into paint and press Ctrl V and that will paste the screen shot into paint so you can work on it.

Hope that helps and I think the small spikes are the problem

You need to edit the leadin a few times for the change to work? That is odd... you are running the same code everytime. Could you please tell me step by step what you are doing and I will see if I can get it to happen here. I would like to get this fixed.
