Check the settings page and see if the DRO's for the encoders change when you move the machine? Also I have mad new software that Ron will be putting out with his boards as soon as I get back and get homing working...

I can get a nice mill here in the states for about 10,000 and it would need about 5000 in parts. So for 15000 I can have a mill that will run like a 50,000 + Mill !

So I just have to get the wife warmed up to the idea

Well... it is in there now! Look in the NFS wizard set at the Electrical shapes.... In the Shapes.tap file is all the Gcode for each cutout, and too add more I can post how to add them to the file. This will work for any 2D shape and should have cutter comp in the file

The newest version is in Mach3... At this point the release of mach3 is the best t has ever been and if you have not updated please do so This will get you the latest rev of Lcam

Check in the general configs and see that you Don't have "Ignore ToolChange" checked
