Hi, Swets
Turn the Power Off before changeing wires.
This is for Bipolar 4 Wire Steppers only, You need to change two wires that go to one coil in the stepper motor.
If your using Geco stepper drives, Thay have Phase A, B, C, D, swap the Phase A and Phase B wires around on your Y axis, then uncheck the rev. in Home Limits.
If your using other Bipolar drive it should have A+, A-, B+, B-, Swap the A+ A- wires around then uncheck the rev. in Home Limits.
For 5, 6 ,8 Wire steppers Unipolar
Thay usually have terminal marking's 1, 2, 3, 4, or A, B, C, D, mark the wires then remove them, reinstall them in rev. order 4,3,2,1 or
D,C.B,A this will change the direction, then uncheck the rev. in Home Limits. The DC power + or -. 5th wire to the stepper motor should
not be changed.
This will allow you to use your Default Settings in Mach.
Hope this Helps, Chip
