good job SAM--if you do another build you could consider to use a tube not a solid for your crossover bar less twist.
what kind of job's are you planning to run.

HELLO MONTE

i am going to take a shot at this for you.first unclock your cpu.you can wind it back later.next take that motor that you had laying on the table in the video.leave it loose on the table like the video.
now go to ports and pins and set that motor as spindle.then go to motor tuning and set your spindle steps to make 1 revolution.now play with your speeds ,accell, and pulse width -
see if you can get it to run smooth and sweet .if you do get it smooth you will see what the true pulse width of your system is .

have you took the time to look at the lcam video tutorials in the tutorial section.i was looking at the original dxf and it is pretty good.everything you were after is there.now the chain starting points were
not in a real good order and there were a few dup chains, but all in all not bad.view the tutorials about lcam they will be a big help to you.and since you have been working with lcam you should really notice
some of the info in the videos.you are so close to writing code for this thing but you keep missing .are you ever going to tell me what kind of material you going to cut this out of.i will send you a code.

i really do not know what to tell you.we know two things ,your origanal dxf was ok and i cleaned it up with lcam ver3.00.2  --  that makes the programs compatable.
in your first drawing i noticed where you added your tool size to the drawing size.you did 8.594 it should be 8.500 --DONT'T DO THAT.  just draw your part as a finished piece.
you do your tool stuff and how to machine the part out with lcam. since i do most of my complex drawing with g-code and very little cad i wont't be able to give you to many
cad tips.i do know with cad snap points are the key to better drawings.

that's a pretty good idea, lcam does has a feature for saving shape files .it allows you to take clamp drawings and save them in a special place so you can import them into a drawing and move them around.
you might be able to trick lcam with.i have not tried this yet.it looks like something to play around with tonight.if i find a cheat i will post it.
