You know I don't think that we did DRO's just to show the distance to go... I knew there was something that we didn't do ;(

Should be added soon

Only G31...  and that is where the problem comes in for probing the outside of the part.. you need to calc the vector that the part is headed in and predict where you should hit the part. It is not as simple as you think  but it can be done (It would be way cool to have that on a router! )

In that case put in an LED that tells that that macro is running. So the first time that you run the macro it looks to see that that the macro LED is not on, then it starts doing it's thing and is not finished... The user pressed the button again and because the LED is on it exits the macro.

As you can see this will take care of the button being pressed two times in a row.. You just need to be sure that you turn the LED off when you finish the macro that you are running.

Is that any help?

The problem with the A axis should not be there in the latest rev.. if you find that it still is please mail me off list with your XML and small section of code that is giving you trouble.

Thanks

The button should read "Distance to Go" It is the amount that each axis must move to finish the Block of code that it is on.

Scott it could be done but there is no time to get into a project like that :(  Try the teach wizard and I think you will find that it is a fast way to do what you are looking to do... Just not with a probe...

Thanks
