The Zero World buttons, found on Turns manual screen, resets the axis position to 0 and will clear /remove any work offsets.

Think your the first person to every ask how to cut / machine a warped board.
What's the software called that you mentioned?

I quess you could scan the board, generate a 3D solid of the surface and layer in the engraving to follow it.
Then use CAM to get the code for it. Not as easy as it sounds.

Maybe be easier to plane the board flat, machine , and then create a patina affect to the wood.

Maybe someone will have something in their bag of tricks .........wish ya luck,

Believe he is using V3.042.033 and I will confirm.

Not sure what Dusty's  problem was. Files other than the driver needed to be changed when we were testing, so,  it may be best
to find out from Brian specifics on what files in Mach ie; sys, driver, etc  should be used with what version of Mach.

I had to always go into  Windows and do a search for the sys and  exe and delete those files and then copy in the new files for testing and run the driver test to install it.
The PC here would use the first file it found on the hard drive and ignore the replacement files. Same would happen on a reinstall.
Don't want to confuse the issue, but, it could be something other than MSM or only one file of a MACH version. Just don't know.

The lastest application file of LazyTurn can be found in the LazyTurn thread, reply#1349, page 135 and thought that it was included in current
Mach downloads.

The reason nothing is noted in the manual about using Win 7 is because I only use XP and can't verify. I really can't can't provide support info in the manual for various computer setups and use of the manny gadgets on the market.  

If a user provides specific written information relating to computer use, along with precise instructions on what to do, I will add it to the manual
or the thread.

I'm trying to maximize my feed rates so I can make parts faster.

Then you must determine  the required parameters which will optimise the machine and provide
the appropriate components to accomplish the task reliably and within tolerance. The required or desired acceleration, velocity, power are determined FIRST.

Seems like you are missing steps. Lower the acceleration and velocity. OR make sure the cutter is located correctly for the program to be run
