O Boy That is not a simple starter program I had a wizard that did that at one time... I had it about 75% done and it did work too. I just set the G68 R and Never did a G69 to turn it off. I think that will work. Type G68 R45 in MDI and run a program to test it.

Have your first move and the G43 on the same line. You need to have the tool length comp active.

The leading move must be the same size or larger than the tool that you would like to use. once you have done that you check Tool Comp in the Post options. This will Add G41,G42 and G40's to the program. In Mach3 you can just type in the Dia of the tool that you would like to cut with (that is less than the lead in move). I will make a video n the next few days (I think it is time for a NEW video).

There is kinda... If you do a maro pump you can turnn things on and off by looking at the time the job has been running..
