The arror that you are getting has never happend to me so I have no idea what is making it happen I have an idea what it may be.. I will do some testing


I can turn off the leadins on all circles that are under the size in the dialog ? I think that would be the best way to go

Thank you guys I was going to build the pick ups for the toolchanger with Prox switches  or micro switches... The more I think of it I the more I like the micro switch Idea I have worked on many full sized CNC lathes in the past and this is how it was  done...  Thank you for your help!

The printer port is not used if you are running the Grex The signals com out of the Grex to the drives  and if you are not going build a board to you will need to go with the G100

Hello Peter,
This one has no sensors on the tool changer I was shocked! an open loop tool changer is just a little scary 

Could you tell me where your optics are on you changer?
