Hello all.
I like to make my 3-axis CNC rought, using Mach3 software and 03 AC servo motor. Do some one can share me detailed drawing layout of interface board, so I can make it myself?
Thanks for your time.

Get the documentation manual for your brand of drive, and look at the "Optos" for the Step and Dir pins, match what is wanted there to your BOB.
set the parameter in the AC drive to do "Pulse following" or what ever is your equivelent paramter.
for testing set your Drive enable to NC, and set all your imput faults to NO till you get the testing done.

Thanks for your replay, but I mean that: Do I need some interface card, and could you show me the design of this card, so I can make it myself.
Thanks again

Hi,
Breakout boards are available from various places:-
http://campbelldesigns.net/breakout-board.php
http://cncteknix.com/portal/index.php
http://www.thewarfields.com/cnccookbook/CCBreakoutBoards.htm
I use the PMDX 122
http://www.pmdx.com/
Interface cards can be made but best go for a fully developed comercial board for trouble free running.

This is the typical way I set my board up for use with 1 parallel port and 4 axis drives.
Output pins 2-9 are buffered for use with the 4 axis drives.
Output pins 1, 14, 16 & 17 are optoisolated for general purpose use.
Input pins 10-13 & 15 are optoisolated and set up for 24v DC.
The cost of the board would be $79 plus shipping.
What type of AC drive are you using?

http://www.4shared.com/file/77330640/3f4d042a/DCSF.html
Pls. guide me to connect to your board.
Could you ship it wordwide?
If yes, pls. check fee to ship to Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam.
