Have you sent in a ticket to our helpdesk regarding this issue? No one on our support team would recommend abandoning one compatible motion controller for another, though we do often recommend upgrading to Mach4. I appreciate your frustration and I am glad that joeaverage was able to solve your problem, but I was unable to find any ticket in our support system from you regarding this issue. Our team is always happy to help, but we can only render aid when we know it's needed. I hope venting helped but next time you get stuck, please reach out for help.
