Mach3 generating spurious loops in GCode
« on: May 23, 2015, 12:47:10 PM »
Hi all, I'm a Newbie but have managed to successfully produce a few pieces over the past week however, today I re-loaded a piece of GCode into Mach3 and it added a bunch of random purple loops, and it now seems to be doing the same to all my saved .tap files. If I load the same GCode into Mach3 on my design machine it seems fine, just when it loads on the PC that runs the CNC Router. (I have attached a screengrab and the GCode file if this helps). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mach3 but the problem remains. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the reply, what is IJ mode and under which config heading is it? I'm not aware that I altered anything in the config?
