what are the correct ports and pins for a Galil DMC-4123 connected via the USB port on the computer?

First, do not use USB to communicate to the Galil under Mach.  It is just a virtual com port and you are limited to com port speeds.  It is not fast enough.  Use the Ethernet port on the Galil.  USB is fine for setting up the controller, but it is not going to cut it for high speed streaming of position data.

The ports and pins are listed in the Galil plugin PDF document.

I got the DMC-4123 to communicate and it actually jogs now! I am looking for advice on how to reverse the direction polarity of an axis.
Also, when I import any G-code file (the roadrunner is the only one I've tried so far), my scaling is so extremely large and off-center that the path appears as a single pixel. I have messed around quite a bit with the Homing/Limits config settings and can see the table size changing, but I can't seem to get the path on the table or get it scaled correctly. Where are these settings?
