SUbs and tool comp can be a problem even with 1 sub as well as G2/G3. Some routines never fail and some similar fail every time. You wil never KNOW if it works until you try the routine.

PROPER leadins and lead outs are very important to Tool Comp as with Mach3 if it does not have enough room to function it will MAKE room and normally in an ODD way.

So it is YOUR choice to use Mach3 or NOT, Like I said the problem was fixed in Mach4( yet to be released). I have  beat on it seven ways to sunday and it has yet to fail in Tool Comp. IF my sometimes ODD way of programming does not trip it up it must be good.
