Looks great! I have been attempting something similar but using a USB microscope bought cheap on eBay rather than a webcam, only on the basis that it is supposed to zoom to 200X so maybe I can improve the resolution. However, couldn't get the original Mach3 Video Plugin to work, still working on that. Any ideas?

If you run a program like AMCAP.exe and check the compression type.   If it is something like mpeg, or mjpg, it will not work.   The ones I use are 24bit RGB, or there is another one that starts with a Y???.

Just wanted to tickle this post,  I get a lot of emails asking if I still make these machining cameras,  I am still very active, average around 5-10 per month.
