Can anyone help?

I am very new to cnc and is busy building a hotwire foam cutter. I am using a TB6560AHQ 4 -Axis controller (X,Y,Z & A outputs) with four motors driving the X & Y axis. I managed to get X & A to slave but don't know how to slave the Z-Axis on Y?

Anybody that can help?
