I have probably  asked this question before   ;D but the better question would have been which free cam program would do it in case of cambam not?

None that i know of else I would not have purchased anything and would be using it.
But then I may be out of touch with the latest free offerings out there.

All my 3D work is done in CAD and use Meshcam to generate the code.
It works for me and the price was right for what i wanted to do.....your preferences could be different.

Hey thanks RICH! I'll be sure to check that out! I have been diggin and diggin through piles of different software, it's hard to just make a decision. Thanks for all your patience and informative help!

have you looked at Vcarve by vetric not free but not terribly expensive either
