Mach3 Joggin Y & Z normally, X is slow like molasses
« on: June 03, 2012, 04:42:01 PM »
I learned earlier how to jog using CTRL + J and have been alternating between functions today. The only problem is that my X axis now seems to be stuck on the slower jog rate. All my Motor Tuning is the same for the axises, and everything has worked well. Z & Y alternate fine between the speed rates.

Restarted Mach3, Rebooted computer, and checked all the jogging settings. My diagnostic screen is not showing any limits setup.

I can still set to the lower jog rate (and then everything moves the same speed). Why is just my X axis stuck on tortoise? Please help!

Appreciation in Advance...

Okay, got this sorted (Duh!)

After putting my hand on the router and trying to feel the "pulse" of the reduced feed rate, I didn't feel it. I thought it had been moving, because Mach3 was showing the numbers change, and the increments had been so small I didn't notice before.

My cord was too tight and disconnected when I moved the access across my table. Duh!
