Thank you very much Ger. Absolutely wonderfull.
Everything worked perfectly. I am very happy, the machine also has worked very fine.
We have done a test resin. Now we will begin a definitive work on steel.
Many thank you very much for your plugin and attention you have given me.

I recommend it to all users mach3 if you want a friendly interface and the best settings "auto tool zero" buy all the: 2010 Screenset.

A money very well spent.

Hi Gerry,

I am pretty new to the Mach3 CNC.

I just bought Mach2010 and installed, which looks pretty awesome.

I am using nMotion USB BoB and Mach3 Version R3.043.066.

Do I need to downgrade the Mach3 latest version to something else, or Mach2010 would work fine with the latest version?

Thank you.

Kaiser

I'll check this later today.
This is with the new macro I sent you?

I'm not familiar with that board, but I would recommend 3.043.062.

Some motion controllers don't support probing properly, and I have some different macros that usually work with those, if you have any problems.

Hi there, just wondering how the tool zero works with an ATC, does it write the values for the different tool numbers into the tool table according to the tool number in the spindle when you zero it?
thanks

It doesn't work with an ATC as supplied.
You'll need to modify the macros to handle your ATC.

I was about to buy a copy of this screen set to give it a try, but have a couple questions.

There would be no problem working with a UC100 motion controller, I presume?

Will it work with other wizards, like the X box controller wizard?

Does the screen set include a full probing routine?

Lastly, can you set the macro to automatically adjust for the probe tip diameter ?

Thanks

Dan

Yes, it works fine with the UC100

I think you mean X Box plugin? It should work with any plugin.

Probing is done in a wizard. The brief manual lists all the included probing routines. http://www.thecncwoodworker.com/downloads/mach3/2010%20Probing%20Manual.pdf

Lastly, can you set the macro to automatically adjust for the probe tip diameter ?

You enter the tip diameter. Not sure what you mean by "automatically adjust" for tip diameter.

SO probing is not part of the screenset itself?

I guess this is what I mean.  The macro I am using now requires me to move my table .0625 to accommodate the .125 tip of my probe.

Thanks for the response.  I will read the manual some more and see if it will probe.

If I understand you correctly, then yes, it accounts for the probe diameter.
