Changed kernal speed, no more motor movement!!

I've just upgraded my spindle motor to a servo motor, while doing so I needed to increase my kernal speed.
I then restarted Mach3, opened motor tuning and nothing, No movement from X,Y,Z or spindle.
So i changed it back and still nothing. I closed Mach3 Mill and opened Plasma profile and was able to move X and Y but not Z.
I'm really stumped, I'm about to reinstall Mach but first wanted to see if anyone has any idea what could be wrong.

I foregot to mention that I'm running a licenced version of  3.042.02.
