Its hard to say really as both look like they are real ports rather than just software ports but possibly not. I am almost certain I have one at home that I will never use that I can send for nothing if you want. The one I have at home can not be used as second port due to you not being able to set pins 2-9 as inputs but as you will be using that as pot1 it wont matter.
