PoKeys have hardware 10 bits DA converter. If software supports 8 bits only it will be added in next release. Probably is some typo in a manual.

What is the serial number of your PoKeys?
Does number in software match number on PCB?
Do you have the latest PoKeys55 Mach plugin? You can download it from www.poscope.com

Are you using 1.9 version of PoKeys software and latest Mach plugin? They are both on www.poscope.com
Did you saved configuration to PoKeys device?

If you will read latest user manual and follow it, your PoKeys will work just fine. You can try also other boards. Also they have user manual and also they will not work if you will not follow it.
PoKeys just sends to computer what you set.
Do not blame board. You have set it.
Did you tried my suggestions?

It might not be THE information, but as I remember, Analog are not yet implemented yet in Mach plugin.

There are some pins which need external puul ups when used as an input. Please check user manual.
Try to configure other inputs pins.

If problems will persist after upgrade, attach screenshot of PoKeys software.

You are doing all right.
We slightly changed comunication protocol for PoKeys55 in latest software version because of more performance under Mach. New protocol is not supported in Mach plugin yet.
Just talked with our developer. New software update with improvements asked by Art will be ready in a week. (more Mach functionality)
After that Art promised that he will update Mach plugin.
