So can I:

- Define different behaviour when pressing a button short or longer than for instance 1 second?
You should define that in your software

- Define different behaviour when pressing a button together with some other button?
If you are emulating keyboard, you can use shift, ctrl etc as in your keyboard. If you will use Mach plugin, you should do some programing.
- Use step jogging and 3 different speeds of contineous jogging without changing speed and mode each time?
That is up to you, how you will define them.

Manuals are your friends Wink

Hi!

It is possible to that with PoKeys. There are 3 variants:
- PoKeys is emulating keyboard. You should use arrow, pg up and pg down and shift keys as on your ordinary keyboard
- Use Mach plugin for PoKeys
- You can use MPG with Mach plugin for PoKeys. Look on www.CNC4PC.com.

Hi!

PoKeys joystick and keyboard emulations are produced strictly under specifications, so if there is a problem it is on the keygrabber side.

For jiterry analog inputs: almost every analog inputs is jiterry when it is floating. Connect it to the voltage between 0 and 3.3V. After that it should be stable.

Transistor is not linear at it ewill not do the work correctly.

CNC4PC has a model C14 0-5 volt converter which can be adjuste for 3,3 V.

Ask Arturo from CNC4PC what should be changed for 0-3.3V input.

b = device.SetPWMOutputs (channel(*********) ,Period(*********) ,duty(*********) )  ' program fails here
b = device.GetPWMOutputs (channel(*********) ,Period(*********) ,duty(*********) ) '  error message is class does not support automation or does not support expected interface

Hi!

Probably it is not too hard to put same values instead of "*********" what I have suggested before.
You should also read PoKeys55 protocol specs published on www.poscope.com

Hi!

You should set some values to channel, period and duty.
E.g. duty(50)

There is a Hardware bug in the pokeys, if Pin 4 is set as an input and it is Made (contact closed so the signal is going to ground), then the Pokeys will not boot.

scott

Scott and others. That is not hardware bug, that is fact Wink
