Title: Indexer Wizards by Rich
Post by: tipit on December 19, 2011, 07:21:56 PM
Hi
I have bought his Indexing Wizard in July 2009 and unfortunately I had HD failure and my serial number was on that hard drive, now I can't install the wizard anymore.
I have sent a few Emails to Rich and I didn't get any replies.
I would like to know if anyone of you is using this software with a legal serial and can send it to me; I have a print screen that I had paid for this software with Paypall.
I will send you the pictures of the transaction before you send me the software to prove that I did pay for it.
Thank you

What Rich did you send email to? It was  not me and I have never sold any wizards.
That said...... What kind of scam are you trying to pull by asking for someone elses serial number to software.

What say you?

RICH

I don't believe it's a scam, Rich.

You need to get in touch with the guy that sold you the software to resolve the license issue.
Getting a license not assigned to you is not the way right thing to do.

Wish you well for the holidays,
RICH

Hi,
Rich before jumping to conclusion you should ask some question, do you think you are exclusive.
Thank you Ger21 for your support, like you mention asking for somebody to send me the software plus serial isn't the right way to do this, but like I mention I have already paid for it and can prove it and Rich the programmer mention that the upgrades are free; I have sent a few Email To Rich with no replies.

I need the software for my rotary axis

tipit,
Not here to spar with you and understand your frustration. We can't assist you with the license problem.
Let us know how it turns out in the near future by simply saying that the problem was or was not resolved.
