I had to format my hard drive and start over. Now Mach says my Gallil card does not connect after a reset. I have Galil tools on the computer and that sees the 1842 card ok. I notice my amps are not enabled which I suppose is because the Galil card isn't connected to Mach. Any ideas?

Did you save a copy of your xml file and did you put in the Mach 3 folder after reformatting? Did you also install the Gali Plug-in?

I could not save anything from the drive.
Yes, I did install the plugin. If fact, I tried installing it several times along with reinstalling Mach.
Mach does recognize the plugin.

Sounds like you'll have to set up another XML from scratch to me. Did you buy this machine ready to run or build it yourself?

Built it myself and it has been running great until my comp crashed. Yes I know, backup, backup and backup.

But I never had this much trouble the first time I installed the pulgin and got everything working. It went as slick as can be. I am using the latest MACH version, the one I had before was older. I doubt that is my problem.
