Is there a way I can change the cut order in lazy cam pro?

Absolutely, you should watch the videos here:

While it might not look exactly the same version as yours (because LCam is has been upgraded since then), the theory is the same. The one you'll want to watch is Introduction to LazyCam and the time he starts talking about the order of cuts is around 6:41
